Returns
Open Edition units may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Reserve Edition units are numbered to the buyer and are not eligible for return — the edition plate is engraved before the run begins.
Open Edition
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your unit. After that, a further 14 days to send it back. The address is sent on request.
Conditions:
- Unit unused — friction cycles count as use; do not click the Royal Pop in
- Original packaging — Plike box, parchment spec card, microfibre cloth
- Wax seal on the spec card intact — once broken, the unit is treated as used
We refund the full purchase price, including the £4 outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned unit. Return postage is paid by you unless the unit failed the friction-fit tolerance.
Reserve Edition — not eligible for return
Each Reserve Edition unit carries an edition number that is laser-etched on the brass plate before the run begins. The plate is your number — 001/050, 014/050, 037/050 — and the unit is made to that specification.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b), the right to cancel does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised." Reserve Edition sales are final.
This exemption does not affect your rights if the unit arrives defective. If yours does, email hello@axoseditions.com within 14 days.
Defects and replacements
If a unit fails the friction-fit tolerance — the watch does not snap in with zero rotational play — return it within 14 days and we replace the unit, not just refund. AXOS pays return postage in this case.
Patina is not a defect. Bronze darkening to brown in month one and to green by day ninety is the brand's central material idea. The patina spec card ships in every box.
How to return
- Email hello@axoseditions.com within 14 days of delivery with the subject "Return" and your order number.
- We reply with a return address and a unique return reference within two working days.
- Pack the unit in its original Plike box, wrap in a padded mailer, and post via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Once we receive the unit and confirm condition, the refund is processed via the original Stripe payment within 14 days.
Your statutory rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods — are not affected by this returns policy.
