Terms
AXOS Editions is a UK sole trader trading as AXOS Editions, operated by Jack Connor Campbell. These terms govern every order placed through axoseditions.com.
Who you are buying from
AXOS Editions is a UK sole trader, operated by Jack Connor Campbell, with a London-registered self-employment. The trading name is AXOS Editions. You can reach the seller at hello@axoseditions.com.
What you are buying
Two editions across Volume 01 and Volume 02:
- Open Edition — One-piece TPU 95A print with integrated frame and strap, plus a CuSn8 phosphor bronze buckle pin. £99.
- Reserve Edition — TPU 95A body with eight hand-pressed CuSn8 phosphor bronze bezel rivets, brass edition plate, and a 25mm green wax seal on the box lid. £229, single price, all 50 numbered pieces (001/050 to 050/050).
All prices in pounds sterling (GBP). All prices include UK VAT where applicable. AXOS is below the UK VAT threshold for the 2026 tax year; prices may be re-stated as VAT-inclusive in future drops.
How the contract forms
When you complete a Stripe Payment Link, a sales contract forms between you and AXOS Editions. You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive that email, check your spam folder and email hello@axoseditions.com.
Shipping
Volume 01 (Open Edition) ships on or around 30 May 2026, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Volume 02 (Reserve Edition) ships within 14 days of order, by Royal Mail Tracked 24 — each unit is engraved with a buyer-specific edition number before despatch, assigned in order of purchase (buyer #1 receives 001/050, buyer #2 receives 002/050, and so on). Shipping charge of £4 applies to UK orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout per destination.
You will receive a tracking number by email when the box leaves the bench.
Returns and your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel a distance-sold consumer purchase, plus another 14 days to return the item.
This right applies to the Open Edition. The Reserve Edition is exempt under regulation 28(1)(b) because each unit is engraved with a buyer-specific edition number before production — the goods are "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised."
Full returns terms are on the Returns page.
Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
Defects and warranty
If your unit fails the friction-fit tolerance described on the spec card — the watch does not snap in with zero rotational play — return it within 14 days and AXOS replaces the unit, not just refunds.
Bronze hardware oxidising green over time is the central material idea of the brand. Patina is not a defect.
The TPU 95A body has a service life of five to seven years under daily wear. Failure outside that window from polymer fatigue is not covered.
Limitation of liability
AXOS Editions's total liability under or in connection with a sale is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
